Mbale Heroes have been promoted to the top flight league of uganda after 18 years in absence.
For A long time the people of mbale have missed being in the Premier league of uganda. 
It was all celebrations in mbale city after the surgeons beat onduparaka 2 1 at Mbale City stadium.
